The short version
If you ask us for the report, we store your email address and send it to you. That's it. The demo itself runs entirely in your browser on synthetic data. Nothing you sketch, draw, or upload is ever sent to or stored by us.
What we collect
- Your email address, collected only when you submit it on the demo page to receive the one-page report.
- Basic request logs, the standard web-server logs (IP, timestamp, page) kept briefly for security and to keep the site working.
Why, and our lawful basis
We use your email to send you the report you asked for and the occasional WalkBill update. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. We do not sell or share your email, and there is no advertising tracking on this site.
The demo and your data
WalkBill's browser demo generates everything from synthetic sample data on your own device. We do not receive, see, or store any layout, drawing, or file you work with in the demo. A real warehouse analysis only happens inside a founding pilot, under a separate agreement.
Keeping and deleting
We keep your email until you ask us to remove it or unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe from any email we send, or ask us to delete your details at any time, and we will.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its use. To do any of these, email [email protected].
Who we are
